You can deactivate your account directly in the app. To do so:
- Tap on the Settings icon and scroll down to "Deactivate"
- Enter your email and password combination, then tap "Deactivate"
Note that account deletion is permanent, irreversible, and will also remove your access to CoinTracker reports. If you simply wish to stop using your account, we recommend withdrawing all assets and unlinking any bank accounts.
We also recommend downloading a final CoinTracker report for any future accounting needs from the Dashboard.
