Due to current regulatory requirements, our functionality in certain states is limited. If you're receiving an error message in the app and currently reside in the following states, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer you ACH deposits, blockchain deposits, or ACH withdrawals: Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, New Mexico, New York, North, Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.
What this means for you
If you have funds in your account
Unfortunately, as we are no longer able to offer you ACH (bank) deposit or withdrawal capabilities, you will only be able to withdraw your funds via the blockchain.
We recommend using a stablecoin tied to the U.S. Dollar - such as USDC - for immediate transfers. For more information on that, click here.
If you do not have an external wallet to withdraw out to, please send us an email at support@tryanchor.com.
If you have no funds in your account
If you do not have any funds in your account, then you don't have to do anything - your account will remain inactive. If you'd like to close your account out, you can do so by following the steps in this article.
If you have a negative balance
Please write us a message to support@tryanchor.com so we can explore some options.
If you have recently moved to a state where we are available
Please write us a message to support@tryanchor.com with Proof of Address documentation (PoA). PoA must be from within the last 90 days and include the date as well as your name and current address. Examples of valid PoA documentation include a bank or credit card statement, utility bill, lease agreement, insurance card, voter registration card, or motor vehicle registration.
