Resetting your password
To reset your password, please follow the procedure outlined below:
- Visit https://dashboard.tryanchor.com/forgot-password
- Enter your email address and click on “Reset Password"
- A reset link will be sent to your email address
- Click on the link and reset your password
Make sure that your email address is typed in correctly as email addresses are case sensitive, and if you haven’t received the reset password in your Inbox, check your Spam or Junk folders.
Note that once your password has been successfully reset, you will not be able to withdraw or add any new withdrawal method for a period of 48 hours to ensure the security and integrity of your account.
Resetting your two-factor authentication
To reset your two-factor authentication via the app:
- Go to https://dashboard.tryanchor.com/login
- Provide your email address and password
- When prompted for 2FA, enter an incorrect code
- You will see a link at the bottom "Lost 2FA Device?
After you click this link, you will be taken to the tool that allows you to reset your 2FA.
Once your two-factor authentication has been reset, you will not be able to add any new withdrawal methods or reset your password for 7 days.
