With your physical Anchor Debit card you'll have instant access to your Anchor USD balance wherever Mastercard is accepted. There are no additional fees to apply.
Eligibility
All fully verified Anchor accounts are eligible for an Anchor Debit Card.
How to apply
Applying takes less than a minute:
- In the app go to Settings > Anchor Card > Debit Card
- Confirm your mailing address
- Done!
Cards ship out in three days after successful application and generally take 7 -10 business days to arrive at your address.
Activating your physical debit card
Simply head back to Settings > Debit Card, and enter the last four digits of your card. You will be able to set a PIN.
Update your mailing address
If you need to change your mailing address, contact support@tryanchor.com. You’ll need to provide Proof of Address documentation (e.g. a utility bill, voting registration, or bank statement) for your new mailing address. Proof of Address documentation must be from within the last 90 days and include the date as well as your name and current address.
Update your PIN
Changing your PIN is exactly the same as setting your original PIN. Simply navigate to Settings > Anchor Card > Debit Card and tap “Set Card PIN.” You’ll be prompted to enter your login information set your new PIN.
Lost or stolen card
First, freeze your debit card by going to Settings > Anchor Card > Debit Card and tapping "Freeze Card". Then contact support@tryanchor.com so we can cancel your card and issue you a new one.
