Earlier this year, Anchor partnered with a new cryptocurrency service provider: Zero Hash.
Part of the process to transition our customer accounts to Zero Hash involves transferring your cryptocurrency balances over to new Zero Hash-hosted wallets.
While this process is generally instantaneous, we've occasionally seen small delays in the transfer process, during which time one or more of your crypto balances may temporarily disappear from the transaction page.
This issue will resolve itself after a few hours once your Anchor account completes the transition to our new service provider.
