Part of the process to transition your account to Zero Hash - our new service model - involves transferring your cryptocurrency balances over to your new Zero Hash-hosted wallets.
While this process is generally instantaneous, we've occasionally seen small delays in the transfer process, during which time one or more of your crypto balances may temporarily disappear from the transaction page.
This issue will resolve itself after a few hours once your Anchor account completes the transition to our new service provider.
