How long does it take to get verified?

After you have submitted your verification information, accounts can be verified within a few minutes in most cases.

Sometimes we may need additional time to review your account. This can happen for a number of reasons. Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to approve your account after additional review. In other cases, we may need to request additional information to verify your identity, such as:

• An additional government-issued identification document.
• A proof of address document.
• A tax identification verification document.

Please note that our support team will never ask you to provide documentation via an email response. Any request for documentation will include instructions on how to submit the information in our app, or a link to supply the information on our website.
