How do I deposit funds to my account?

Once your account is verified, you can make a deposit to add funds to your account. We support two mechanisms for depositing funds to your account:

• Fiat (ACH bank transfer): You can link your bank account and deposit USD from your bank account. To deposit USD to your Anchor account:
  1. Go to your Portfolio
  2. Tap the Plus button in the upper right and select USD.
  3. Once your bank deposit begins, it will take up to 3 business days to finish processing, at which point you will be able to trade and withdraw the funds. Note that you may see the transaction post to your bank account before the 3 business days are over. 
• Cryptocurrency (blockchain deposit): We support funding your account via cryptocurrency deposits. To deposit cryptocurrency to your Anchor account:
  1. Go to your Portfolio
  2. Tap the Plus button in the upper right and select the cryptocurrency that you would like to deposit.
  3. You will be shown a unique deposit address, which you can then copy and paste into the app or wallet that you are transferring from. Please pay special attention to the required information. If a memo is required, you must include the memo in your transfer or your deposit will not be recognized.
