How do I deposit funds to my account? – Anchor

Once your account is verified, you can make an "Instant Buy" of cryptocurrency to your account via your linked bank account. We support two mechanisms for depositing funds to your account:

Instant Buy (ACH bank transfer):

You can link your bank account and purchase crypto directly using your linked bank via "Instant Buy."

1. To make an "Instant Buy" of Crypto/ Fiat:
  1. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.
  2. Tap "Buy" at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Enter the amount you'd like to purchase in either the currency or USD.
  4. Select your linked bank account under "Funds source".
  5. Tap "Buy"

Funds purchased via Instant Buy (ACH transfer from your bank) will be made available to trade and withdraw after 2-3 business days. At this point you will be able to trade and withdraw the funds.

Cryptocurrency (blockchain deposit):

We support funding your account via cryptocurrency deposits. To deposit cryptocurrency to your Anchor account:

1. Go to your Portfolio
2. Tap the Plus button in the upper right and select the cryptocurrency that you would like to deposit.
3. You will be shown a unique deposit address, which you can then copy and paste into the app or wallet that you are transferring from. Please pay special attention to the required information. If a memo is required, you must include the memo in your transfer or your deposit will not be recognized.
