Linking a Bank Account

Linking your first bank account

We use the payment partner Plaid to securely link customer bank accounts to Anchor Account. 

To link your bank account using Plaid:

1. Tap on the Settings icon
2. Tap "Linked Bank Accounts" under the Payment Methods section
3. Tap "Add Bank Account". You will be transferred over to our partner, Plaid, who will guide you through the rest of the process.
4. Look up your bank. Once you find it, you may be prompted to log in to your bank's online portal. Unfortunately, we are unable to support bank accounts linked via micro-deposit.  

Note: The legal first and last name registered with your bank must match the legal first and last name of your Anchor account. We currently do not support business or joint accounts.  

Updating your bank account

To re-link or update your bank account:

1. Tap on the Settings icon
2. Tap "Linked Bank Accounts" under the Payment Methods section
3. Remove your current bank account and link your preferred bank account via the methods outlined in "Linking your first bank account".
