Linking your first bank account
To link your bank account using Plaid:
- Tap on the Settings icon
- Tap "Linked Bank Accounts" under the Payment Methods section
- Tap "Add Bank Account". You will be transferred over to our partner, Plaid, who will guide you through the rest of the process.
- Look up your bank. Once you find it, you may be prompted to log in to your bank's online portal.
Note: If you cannot find your bank account, scroll down to the bottom of the "Select your institution" screen and tap "Link with account numbers". This will allow you to enter your account and routing numbers, at which point two micro-deposits will be sent to your account. You may need to wait up to a two business days for them to appear, after which you can return to the process and verify the amounts.
Updating your bank account
To re-link or update your bank account:
- Tap on the Settings icon
- Tap "Linked Bank Accounts" under the Payment Methods section
- Remove your current bank account and link your preferred bank account via the methods outlined in "Linking your first bank account".
